I have been serving the Inland Empire for over 10 years as a field service technician. I fix not only computers and laptops, but a very wide variety of electronics that an individual or business may have.

I started in the IT field as a youngster in High School fixing and building computers for friends. My career officially took off after graduating in my computer specialty area and I began working not only as a field service technician, but an IT teacher/Tutor to many individuals over the years. Over the past several years, I have provided service for RFID Equipment, Desktop/Laptop, business electrical & networking and phone support.

In the past decade, I have come across many crazy and unique computer problems. I think the most crazy one I had was while repairing a remote computer at a large 5 star hotel facility. The hotel was located over 2,000 miles away and due to a malfunctioning computer, I worked through the night teaching a non tech savvy individual how to fix the malfunctioning hardware. We got the system to a point where I could remote in and recover the system to a state where it was usable by the next day’s opening.

Many people have informed me that my vehicle is a mobile "Radio Shack" because when you look in my vehicle, you will see that I have tools, cables, ladders & adapters to fix almost any computer problem, phone issue or electrical related situation. I can fix nearly every problem I am faced with on a day to day basis, all without leaving the clients site because of the equipment I carry. So when one asks what is in my toolbox, that can be a loaded question! My toolbox contains everything from screws to large extension ladders. Here is a small run down of what items one can find: A Laptop running all versions of windows and Linux, One terabyte external hard drive, Screwdrivers & Drills, Knife and pair of scissors, Extra Computer and Laptop screws and Jumpers, Spare Mouse, keyboard, power cable, VGA & DVI Cable & Universal Power Cord, Can of air and sanity alcohol/cleaning wipes for cleaning computers and devices, Ram for Desktop & Laptop, Vise-Grips, Pliers, Flashlights, Ladder, Multiple Flash drives for quick transfers and OS repairs, Two Ethernet/Coax cable testers and one cable tracer, Ethernet & Coax Cable Jacks & 1,000 ft of Ethernet Cable, Ethernet Cables (2 straight and one crossover cable, WIFI Adapter, Analog Phone (Yes, I carry a digital analog phone), Fishing cable, Etc.

My favorite remedies for staying awake on long jobs I feel are rather unique because I am able to function at 100% for very long hours on very little sleep. Many people say I was born "nocturnal", and while this is sorta true, I can pull a 20 hour working day 4 days in a row without having any coffee or caffeine, I don’t touch that stuff!
