WA - ATM Service and Repair
Challenge: Western ATM, a full service ATM sales, maintenance, deployment, and service company, required an onsite partner to reach existing rural locations, as well as to expand its support
reach into new territories. The goal was to have a single IT service partner to contact for the entire continental United States. A same-day response time window was required as well as consistent
technical qualifications and familiarity with the system.
Solution: ALL IT utilized its network of over 500 nationwide partners to deliver same day service to Western ATM locations. After the initial call to a location, the same engineer was assigned
to be dispatched to that location for all future calls. By always sending the same engineer to a location, ALL IT dramatically improved problem resolution time. Additionall, ALL IT
utilized its extended hours call center to provide emergency service in a timely fashion.
