Vertical Television - TV/LCD Kiosk Service, Installation  and Repair

Challenge and Requirements: Vertical Television maintains standalone tv/lcd displays in their clients' retail and corporate locations, and required a rapid-response onsite partner to extend their service reach.
Requirements included being able to make only 1 call to dispatch a technician, quality of service, and extent of reach. VT was looking for a single partner to provide as much reach and convenience as possible.

Solution: ALL IT utilized its network of over 500 natiownide partners to offer same day, single-point-dispatch service to VT. By utilizing ALL IT, VT was able to dramatically reduce its call-to-onsite time.
