CF - New Office Setup

Challenge and Requirements
Chrysler Financial needed an IT provider to assist with an office at one of their New York locations. The Engineer needed to assess the existing wired network in the office, as well as configure the wireless network properly, and secure it. Additionally, all printers, and computers needed to be networked together, and sharing resources properly. Lastly, collaboration with the ISP is needed to properly setup the
internal network. Projected time for completion was, next day, with a scope of 8 hours of work.

Solution
ALL IT sent a field engineer to fulfill the client requirements. Initially, ALL IT contacted the client's ISP and was able to get the client's router reconfigured and operational. Additional
parts were needed, and the engineer contacted a local parts resource to have the parts on-site the same day. The engineer setup wireless networking, and connected all the printers together to confirm that the entire office can share resources. Lastly, the engineer setup a static ip address for the client to enable further functionality on the client's network.
