Desktop Blue Screen
A Chicago-Il-based Client called had blue screen issue on desktop. AIT technician diagnosed a bad memory Module. Technician pulled bad module and replaced with 1 GB stick. Computer then booted and was working as normal again. Technician then set up printer for wireless printing capability for another end user.
Desktop Not Booting
A Chicago-Il-based Client is having issues when booting machine, only options for recovery mode showing on screen. AIT technician diagnosed corrupt drivers causing boot issues. Downloaded new driver for computer and machine was able to boot. Technician then optimized machine and started Windows updates to run over night. Technician then returned onsite the next morning, once updates were complete checked machine to ensure no other issues were present.
Onsite Support
Client having issues with network connectivity issues in office. All IT technician Isolated printers, certified cable to wireless access point.
