The overall objective of the Premium Network Health Assessment (PNHA) is to create a roadmap and align your business objectives with the technology required to complete those goals. The PNHA is a 1 week-long procedure, with a senior SBS (Small Business Specialist) overseeing the process from start to finish, and presenting the findings. Rather than limiting the findings to those that can be done via online discovery and audits, the PNHA goes significantly deeper for a complete picture of your IT infrastructure. The PNHA is highly recommended for networks with over 20 workstations and more than 1 server.

• Client Receives and completes Business Goals and Assessment Questionnaire – (BGAQ) from ALL IT – 2-3 days
• Remote Hardware and Software Audit – 1 day
• ALL IT Receives and Evaluates BGAQ – 1-2 days
• Onsite evaluation, walkthrough, and meeting with key members – 1 day
• Complete write-up and presentation of findings and recommendations to key staff members with estimated costs. – Ѕ day
