My craziest problem I’ve ever encountered was when a client’s Wi-Fi access point at a customer’s store frequently dropped everybody for about 30 seconds. After puzzling over it for a while I went to lunch next door. I then noticed the sandwich shop where I was eating had their microwave on a shelf against a wall. Directly on the other side of the wall was the access point. Relocating the AP solved the problem.

My favorite browser is Google Chrome and if someone was to look inside of my toolbox, they would find everything from a laptop to a hammer drill. In my bookmark files you would Vendors, tech tools, and reference sites.

My favorite remedy for staying awake on long jobs is lots of diet coke.
