The client is a well-known provider of fitness club management software, with a focus on health clubs and gym payment processing software solutions. A need had arisen where the hard drives of their point of sale computers deployed in their customers’ gyms and fitness clubs required replacement to reflect better user experience optimization. The client was in need of extra technicians to replace the hard drives and contact support to finish configuration in more than 1000 sites across the US.
The client required hard drive replacements at multiple locations. They availed of All IT Supported’s White Label services to replace hard drives at 20 client locations and extend their service footprint. All IT field technicians arrived onsite with the parts necessary for the replacement. They shut down the point of sale machines, replaced their hardware, and powered them back on for testing. After replacing the hard drives, the field service technicians coordinated with The client’s remote support teams to perform configuration and testing on the point of sale machines onsite. The project was completed in less than one week for all locations, which included remote regions and client sites.
