The client is a specialist insurance business that provides professional and general liability insurance products. They had pressing need to deploy IT hardware and infrastructure at a new branch. They required an operational network in the building within the deadline of four days. They further required on-the-ground IT support for a variety of other tasks.
The client needed a working network infrastructure in their new site in four days, after the long weekend. All IT was called upon to work on the project. Our field service technicians were immediately deployed. All IT sent two field service engineers to an office in New York where they provided onsite IT support to set up a new office with the internal IT project manager. The tasks included deployment of all new WYSE terminals, phones, and patch cabling for 30 users. They also served as on-the-ground technicians on a case-by-case basis for new employee set ups, networking issues, and support for remote users at their residences. After that, all terminals were set up according to end-user specifications. All tasks were completed in a matter of two days and were ready for use when the new office was inaugurated after the long weekend.
