Urgent Need To Monitor and Replace Working Hard Drives in 20 client locations
In this case study, the client needs to monitor and replace hard drives in all its client locations. They needed technicians to replace the hard drives and contact support to finish configuration in more than 1,000 sites across the US.
The Solution
White Label/POS Scaling Services for ABC Financial
With more than 1,000 sites across the US, this client needed help replacing the already deployed hard drives at multiple locations while ensuring functionality and better optimization of user experience. They availed All IT Supported’s white label services to replace hard drives at 20 client locations and extend their service footprint. With the help of the All IT professional team of project coordinators, our All IT field technicians were then deployed onsite with the parts necessary for the replacement, while wearing the client’s brand. In this project, our IT technicians shut down the point-of-sale machines first, replaced their hardware, and powered them back on for testing.
After replacing the hard drives, the field service technicians coordinated with the client’s remote support teams to perform onsite configuration and testing on the point-of-sale machines.
