The client is a software and managed services company that specializes in digital advertising and buying software. The client had recent need to close up shop in one of their locations and move to a new office space. They specifically needed professional help with moving their equipment and setting them up for use on the new building.
The client required help for moving and setting up their new equipment. All IT field service technicians were called to provide IT support. Upon arrival at the old site, they began disassembling all end-user and networking equipment and packed them for safe moving. At the new location, technicians installed and reconfigured all equipment onsite and tested them with the internal IT support team. Our field service technicians also worked onsite to prepare the client’s new office with infrastructure that guaranteed optimum performance for networking equipment and end-user workstations. The project was completed in one day, to the client’s satisfaction.
