1. Validation
We ensure that all details are accurate and complete including the client’s specific notes, instructions, and remote contact details.
2. Tech Assignment & Confirmation

3. Pre-Schedule Monitoring
Our team works with our clients to ensure changes in scope, site contacts, schedule are addressed before the service start time and communicate to our technicians before walking in the site.
4. Day of Service Call
Technicians will utilize the project coordination team when onsite to address client updates, communication, and any information needed to ensure the client is satisfied at the end of the call.
5. Post Service Management and Reporting
Once jobs are completed, the technician will turn over a summary of work, documentation, and notes. The project coordination team will then report all details to clients to close out jobs.
