The client needed to perform Critical Software Update on Deployed Medical Devices At one point, a particular type of machine deployed in the field needed critical updates in new federal regulations. The updates themselves were crucial to the viability of the device for business use. Still, the problem was that they were already deployed and used in various locations across the country. Because of this, the client needed to perform a critical software update on deployed medical devices in-field to comply with federal regulations.
Field Service Technicians were Deployed to do Software updates on medical devices Due to the nature of the devices, our IT support team had to visit various end-user locations, from nursing homes to private houses, totaling 1,500-plus individual sites.
