Thrive Pet Care, a nationally renowned network of veterinary hospitals and clinics, faced the daunting task of upgrading their antivirus software across 310 distinct locations and on 1500 devices, all within a tight 4-month timeline. The objective was to efficiently remove the outdated AV software to evade full-year charges and swiftly install the new, robust protective software on all devices. With their central IT support team located in Texas, coordinating such a large-scale upgrade proved to be a challenge due to the lack of dedicated IT personnel at each branch. Previous partnerships with IT vendors fell short of their expectations, prompting them to turn to All I.T.
